Abstract

The method of calculating the basic dimensions and transverse geometry of a multiphase gear stepping motor (RSHD) is considered. The formulas and relationships for determining the inner and outer diameters of the stator, the length of active iron, the dimensions of the stator pole and yoke, the area and magnetising force of the groove are given. Recommendations are given on the choice of the air gap size раз and the proportionality of the small teeth. The use of the tooth zone of the RSHD is estimated by the magnitude of the modulation coefficient of the flux , equal to the ratio of the first harmonic of conductivity to its constant component. The curves  are given as a function of the ratio of the width of the small tooth to . Expressions of machine constant and specific tractive effort of the RShD are given, as well as their curves and functions of the maximum static moment for performing the four-phase RShD. Figures 4.
