Features of modeling the electric drive rack pusher furnace furnace.
Abstract
Based on the results of a study of the electric drive of a rack pusher of a methodical furnace, a method was developed for modeling the system, taking into account elastic connections and the nonlinear dependence of the force on the speed of movement of the pusher. The possibility of replacing the multimass system with a two-mass one is shown and the accuracy of calculations on the model is estimated in accordance with the accepted assumptions.
