Abstract

The technical analysis of the requirements produced to the drive engines and rope-driving pulleys of direct-drive elevator winches is produced. The row of the applied technical decisions that considerably facilitate requirements to minimum speed of rope-driving pulley is considered. Possibility of application of slow electric engine of
double inductor type is considered with inert a cylindrical rotor. The features of construction of innovative engine and
basic operating indexes are described. Basic advantages of the offered gearless electric elevator drive mark.
