Control of excitation of synchronous motors in order to reduce reactive power flows and pay for them.
Abstract
The approach to control the current of excitation of high voltage synchronous motors is considered in order to reduce the charge for overflows of reactive power and to preserve dynamic stability engines in case of short-term power supply disturbances.
