Abstract

The dynamics of the system G - D on alternating current with feedback on the rotor voltage is considered. The most characteristic dynamic mode is the process of self-excitation of the system. The equations are given, on the basis of which the system can be considered as an equivalent generator with self-excitation. The conditions of self-excitation are obtained, the phenomenon of loss of excitation is explained, a method for calculating the point of mechanical characteristic at the moment of loss of excitation is given.
