Analysis of the system of interconnected drive control of feeds of surface grinders.
The law of the variation in the processing radius with time at constant reverse feed and the peripheral speed of the table, as well as the law of the change in time of the angular velocity of the table rotation drive is obtained. It is shown that in the course of processing the drives of lateral feeding and rotation of the table operate in an interconnected mode with variable speed and load. The typical variants of circuit solutions are given when building systems of interconnected drives to maintain the constant speed of the table and reverse transverse feed. The algorithm for calculating the performance and cost of processing on a surface grinding machine is described. The dependencies of cost and processing performance on the peripheral speed of the table grinding machine are calculated.
