Abstract

Structure of seafaring safety assurance system on ship design and usage stages has been proposed. The
composition of ship systems needed to provide seafaring safety at stormy seas has been considered. Usage of multiagent technologies for information processing in seafaring safety assurance system and for advisory making to master
on choosing ship motion parameters has been proposed.
