Sudden short circuit of a saturated implicit polarized synchronous machine.
Abstract
The analysis of the transient process in case of a sudden short circuit of an implicit-polarized single-loop synchronous generator on the rotor, taking into account the saturation of the main magnetic circuit by calculating on the computer according to the differential equations of voltages proposed by the authors in rotating coordinates. The coefficients of these equations are the dynamic inductances of the armature response depending on the magnetic state of the machine. The equations take into account the saturation-induced mutual induction between mutually orthogonal contours. The physical reasons for the discrepancies of transients calculated without taking into account saturation are taken into account. Figures 2. Bibliographic references 3.
