ROBUST NEURO-FUZZY CONTROL OF HIGH DYNAMICS MOTORS FOR SURFACE POTENTIAL CARTOGRAPHY

Abstract

ithin this paper, we present robust neuro-fuzzy control of motors with high dynamics to get 2D cartography of the potential obtained by corona discharge on the surface of materials. The system, controlled by robust H∞ controllers improved by neuro-fuzzy supervision, tracks predefined scanning trajectories giving the distribution of the surface potential and the potential decay with good performances.
