Graphic method for calculating the steady-state operating modes of electric drives for testing gearboxes.
A graphical method is proposed for determining the moment and speed in steady-state test modes of gearboxes. The need for this method is due to the specificity of the components of the moments arising in test benches with closed loading schemes, when the motor moment is balanced by the moment of an electrically connected load machine and total losses depending on the transmitted moment. The method is considered as applied to the calculation of the moment and speed in the steady state, the analysis of the influence of disturbances (heating of the windings, fluctuations in the efficiency of the reducer) on the stability of maintaining a given test mode and on the synthesis of parameters of the excitation circuits of electric machines for a given mode. Three-machine parallel and serial circuits are considered as options for power circuits.
