The study of the laws of distribution of parameters of asynchronous motors
The scattering of parameters of various series, dimensions and poles of asynchronous short-circuited engines up to 100 kW was studied. The results of control tests of samples (the total number of more than 5 thousand engines) were processed on the Razdan-2 digital computer. The mean values ??of parameters, coefficients of variation, kurtosis and asymmetry were determined . The influence of various structural, technological and regime factors on the inductive resistances and the active resistance of the rotor has been studied. It has been established that the dispersion indices of the active and inductive co counters can be used to assess the stability of the process, certification and quality management in large-scale production.
