The calculation of the steady-state process of an asynchronous motor when the stator is supplied with direct and alternating currents, taking into account the nonlinearity of the magnetic circuit
Abstract
The calculation method is based on two assumptions. The first characteristic of idling is considered as a relationship between the modules of the spatial resultant vector proportional to the smooth flow coupling vector with a proportionality coefficient equal to the angular frequency of the network. The modulus of this vector is equal to the amplitude of the emf induced in phases in a symmetric mode. The second is that this vector is taken equal to the sum of the rotating and stationary vectors. These assumptions made it possible to calculate the value of mutual induction resistance for constant and alternating currents. Further, the problem is reduced to solving a system of two finite nonlinear equations. The method of its solution on the digital computer is described. Comparison of calculated and experimental results shows their coincidence, sufficient for practice.
