Comparative analysis of the heat transfer efficiency of round channels and round channels with bridges
Abstract
A comparison of round channels and round channels with jumpers used in electrical machines. It is established that with equal radii of the channels, the heat transfer to the channel with a jumper exceeds the heat transfer to the round channel 1.4 times. It is shown that it is not possible to replace a double row of channels with a single jumper provided that the same conditions for the passage of the magnetic flux and the constant differential pressure of the cooling air are observed.
